Massage Add-Ons
-
$20 — CBD oil add-on to your massage session. The precious synergy between Cannabidiol (CBD) and essential oils helps nourish the skin, melt away tension, and completely relax the mind.
NOTES: CBD oils I use are THC FREE!
-
$20 — Guided PNF stretching worked into your session to leave you moving more freely. This stretching add-on is specifically designed to enhance your overall relaxation and flexibility EITHER throughout the session OR for a dedicated amount of time in the end of your massage.
-
$15 — Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, smooth heated stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
NOTE: A small number of heated stones placed and used at the therapist discretion.
-
$15 — This technique involves placing a few silicone cups on the areas where your body needs it the most. Created suction helps releasing the tension in targeted areas and improves circulation.
NOTE: A small number of cups placed and used at the therapist discretion.
-
$10 — Gua Sha is one the ancient original forms of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that lets your therapist effectively break down the fascial restriction in order to promote healing. The treatment involves using a tool to rub the skin to create extensive blood flow into the area.
NOTES: It will leave the skin hot and red and will cause some bruising!
FAQ
-
No. Book whichever session length fits your schedule and tell us what's bothering you once you're on the table — we'll adjust the pressure and the focus from there. If you'd rather talk it through first, call the studio at 619.736.9044.
-
Swedish — the session we call I'm Just Here to Relax. Long, slow strokes at an even pace, steady pressure, and no agenda beyond letting you switch off. It's the one to book when the goal is a mental reset rather than working on a specific knot or injury. 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
-
It's the right call if you've had tightness for weeks or months — shoulders that won't drop, a low back that's always tight, a neck that stiffens by mid-afternoon. It's firm, focused work and it can feel intense in places. If you mainly want to unwind, book Swedish instead. Either way, tell us how the pressure feels and we'll adjust.
-
Yes, and plenty of sessions end up that way — a Swedish pace through most of the body with deeper work on the areas that need it. Book any session and tell us what you want when you arrive.
-
Deep tissue is about pressure — slow, firm work into the deeper layers of muscle, for tightness that's been there a while. Sports massage is about movement — focused work on the areas your training loads hardest, finished with assisted stretching. If you train regularly, book sports. If you sit at a desk and your shoulders are locked up, book deep tissue.

Weeknights until 8pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday — later than most studios in the neighborhood, and the reason a lot of our clients come straight from work. Wednesday and Sunday we run 1pm to 6pm. We're closed Saturdays.

Yes — parking on site at 1450 Washington Street. In Hillcrest that's rare, and it means you're not circling the block or feeding a meter before your session.

Yes. Every add-on works with every session — choose them when you book, or just ask when you arrive. They run $10 to $15 each.

Tell us when you arrive. We'll walk you through what to expect, start lighter, and check in on pressure as we go. Nothing about the session requires you to know anything in advance.
